Bearfoot Springs - Pass Restrictions

Season Passes are valid during the 2021 season.

Season Passes or 7 Consecutive Day Passes are non-transferable (only valid for person pictured), and cannot be combined with any other discounted offer. When presenting your Season Pass or 7 Consecutive Day Pass for admission, you may be asked to present another form of photo identification.

No refunds will be given for unused or partially used Season Passes or 7 Consecutive Day Passes .

Lost or stolen Season Passes or 7 Consecutive Day Passes will be replaced at a charge of $5.00.

Season Pass or 7 Consecutive Day Pass Holders attending organized group events (such as company or organization picnic) are not entitled to catered meals without meal ticket purchase.

Season Pass or 7 Consecutive Day Pass Holders are not eligible for rain checks.

Additional items and attractions (such as tube rentals, locker rentals, and games) are not included in the Season Pass or 7 Consecutive Day Pass.

Pass Holders face forfeiture of their pass without refund for violation of Park Safety Rules, Park Policies, or improper behavior. If a person other than the authorized user attempts to use a Season Pass , the Pass Holders involved will have their passes confiscated without refund.

Pass Holders 12 years of age and under must be accompanied by a paying chaperone when visiting the park. Paying chaperone is defined as a responsible person 13 years of age or older who is either a Season Pass Holder or 7 Consecutive Day Pass Holder or who has purchased an admission ticket and is visiting the park the same day.

Jr. Season Passes are only available to persons less than 48 inches tall.

Jr. Season Pass holders are not tall enough to use the large water slides.
